Hotels Recommendation 

Warsaw offers a wide range of hotels and hostels that you can find on common sites booking.com,  hotels.com or expedia.com.  Below suggested hotels in convenient locations are listed. The first one, MDM Hotel, is the closest to the conference venue. Together with Novotel and Mercure hotel are  good options if you want to stay in the central location and still close to the venue (about 1.5km away). Hotel Ibis is located in Warsaw’s Old Town, in vicinity of various tourist attractions. The last two hotels: Hotel Bristol and Victoria are the Warsaw historical places also know for their luxury.

 Warsaw University Hera Hotel 

A room can be booked in the Hera Hotel of University of Warsaw with a special rate adjusted for the guests of University of Warsaw. The rates are listed below. The Hera Hotel is located about 2km from the conference site and next to the Łazienki Garden. It takes about 10min to get to the conference venue using public transportation. Please indicate during registration if you would like to reserve a room. In case of shared rooms please give us information about name of the person you are going to stay with. The deadline for reservation of University housing is June 20  2018.
